Original pr0n anyone?

I've got some stories that I've had sitting around for a while that are pretty much flat out PWPs and I cannot sell them for various reasons. Mostly because nobody likes noncon, underage, or incest due to legality issues (even though it is technically legal to write and publish [almost] anything in the United States because it's Free Speech.) and possibly the squik point of the general public.

So, as much as these started as my pet jerk-off stories, I can't seem to manage to write "masturbatory" stories, to put it the way my most incompetent writing prof did. She meant writing purely for one's own amusement, not sex per se, but you get the idea. I'd have to polish them a little, but I don't think it'd be too much work. I might post the oldest one up untouched so you can laugh at my jr high sex scenes.

This also brings up another question; I can think of three published authors off the top of my head who are publicly known to have written fanfiction. Presumably, this has not caused them to be sued because I'm pretty sure I would have heard about it. At this point, is there any *legal* reason keep your RL name from being associated with your fic writing activities?

Who are the authors? I know Naomi Novik is [Bad username or site: @ livejournal.com] but that she wasn't very happy to be outed.

She was one of the ones I was thinking of, although I didn't have her fanfic name. Heck, I was planing on getting around to reading Her Majesty's Dragon but it just jumped a long way up my reading list. I think I'll buy a copy. New. (I almost never do that, FYI.)

And of course the (in)famous http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cassandra_Clare The article has been pointedly revised to remove anything negative. http://www.fanhistory.com/wiki/Cassandra_Claire is a fuller outline of her misdeeds within fandom and profiting therefrom and the craziness of her own fandom.

I feel like I'm missing at least one more (that I know of). Of course there are more in existence, I'm just talking ones that it's on the first page of Google.
